2024 Umpiring Courses for New and Level 1 Umpires

🟩 Green Shirt Umpire Training Course 🟩
Over 3 Monday nights, starting 9 September at West Beach.
Do you want to start umpiring this season? Do you need a refresher on the fundamentals? Would you like a better understanding of the basic rules of softball?
Yes? Then the Greenshirt training is for you!
Umpiring manual, theory and practical training included.

🟦 Existing Level 1 Umpire Training Course 🟦
Over 3 Monday nights, starting 16 September at West Beach
Do you already have a Level 1 Accreditation? Are you a Level 2 Umpire who needs some revision? Would you like to understand softball rules a bit better?
Yes? Then the Level 1 course is for you!
Level 2 Umpiring manual, theory and practical training included.

~ September 11 at West Beach
~ September 16 at Central Districts Softball Association - CDSA
~ September 20 at Hills Softball Association Inc., or
~ October 21 - online.

- Level 2: Enhance your skills with sessions on September 18 and 25 September.

- Level 3: Master the art of scoring on October 27 and November 3.

Congratulations
To two of our young players who where recognised last night at the hills Association awards night.
CRYSTAL KARAYIANNIS
Runner up best and fairest for Bgrade women .
This young player is such amazing player behind the bat she is hard to beat and her pitching is also out there.Not only is she a great player but an amazing human being ,she is always ready to help anyone and her smile is infectious .
Well done Crystal this so well deserved.

BEN MARSH
Best and fairest foe Div 2 men .
This young man is a born leader who will always take the time to share his wisdom and skills .As a catcher he is unstoppable ,behind the bat he is dynamite ,on and off field he is hilarious.
Well done Ben you do deserve this award.
Both of you should be proud of these achievements as we a club are proud of you.
