Restorative, and Empowering - ACTIVE RECOVERY 🧘‍♀️✨️

Our active recovery class is a slow and restorative class, with a focus on mobility to help those feeling tight or fatigued, post injury, or those wanting to balance out their training regime.

Its also perfect if you have never experienced a reformer before and want to feel it out with a slower practice.
