With a heavy heart, The time has come to move onto the next stage of my life.

To every athlete I have had the absolute pleasure to train, see grow and develop, then turn into absolute weapons will always be one of my greatest achievements.

To the parents, thankyou for trusting me with the development of your children, I thankyou whole heartedly & I will be forever grateful.

There are too many people to thank but a special one goes to for helping build this dream from the ground up & .c.baker for your guidance. I’m am forever grateful

Let’s nail your Ruck Craft

As you can see the hip height is the same, but the extension of the arm at the point of contact is different.
Working on being able to utilise your levers at full extension will take your game through the roof.
