10 YEARS.
And yes… orange is obviously still my favourite colour 🧡
Ten years ago I walked into this industry with big ideas, a strong work ethic, and a lot to learn.
I did not know exactly what I would build. But I knew I wanted to make an impact. I wanted to help people when they doubted themselves. I wanted to support those who had lost belief in their bodies. I wanted to be part of turning people’s stories around. And that part never changed
What I have learned over the last decade is that this was never just about business.
It was always about people. If you put people first, if you care about their outcomes more than your ego, if you build something around integrity and standards instead of shortcuts, you can create something incredible
We survived two years of lockdown. We kept people moving in garages and living rooms. We kept conversations going when the world felt uncertain. And I never lost belief that we would come back stronger when doors reopened. That resilience was not mine alone. It was ours.
Along the way I have taken risks. Some calculated. Some slightly terrifying. I have not always been perfect at backing myself when I needed to. But something always kept nudging me forward, and I am grateful I listened
Because ten years in this industry is rare
And I am proud. Goddam proud
Proud to take up space in an industry that can be ruthless, especially for women. Proud to build authority through standards, not noise. Proud to stand for injury rehab done properly, strength built with intention, and community that actually cares.
There are too many people to thank for this milestone. This weekend’s celebration was proof that none of this happens alone
So here is to ten years, and here is to ten more years of impact, of rebuilding confidence, of helping people overcome hurdles, and of continuing to learn
If you are waiting for a sign to back yourself and take the risk… this might be it
It is worth it. 🧡💪
Be ready for a week of celebration Recap, gratitude post and 10 years of lessons for you all
