Please note there are some slight changes to our schedule over the Easter weekend.

We’ve kept a couple of key sessions in place so you can still stay consistent while enjoying the long weekend:

– Friday: 8am Public Holiday Class
– Saturday: 8am Edge Bootcamp
– Sunday: Closed
– Monday: 8am Full Body Strength

✨ MEMBER OF THE MONTH ✨

Our first Member of the Month is 🤍

Nadia joined us back in September, and the growth we’ve seen since then has been nothing short of incredible.

She came in with the mindset of “I’ll just give it a go” and that attitude has completely changed everything.

From not being able to squat a barbell to now hitting 40kg, and doubling her bench from 15kg to 30kg… the progress speaks for itself 🔥

But more than that, it’s her confidence. The way Nadia shows up, gives everything a go, and backs herself every single session is exactly what we stand for at Edge.

We are so proud of you and love watching you grow week by week 🤍
