10 MINUTES OF WONDER✨

A short 10-minute yoga warm-up can do wonders for your body and mind. It helps increase circulation, improve mobility, release tension and prepare you for the day ahead.

If you only have 10 minutes, these poses are a great place to start. If you have a little more time, simply hold each pose longer and allow your body to sink deeper into the stretch. Trust me! your body will love you even more for it. 💛

Remember, consistency matters more than duration. A few mindful minutes each day can make a big difference.

Another wonderful and fun corporate yoga session this afternoon! 🧘‍♀️✨
