Final Pilates class ever at the Chemist. I have so many wonderful memories from all the people who passed through and am going to miss you guys and our Tuesday evenings.

As of this week the following classes at the pool will be suspended until further notice or warmer weather (whichever comes first lol).

6am HIIT Mon & Thurs
5.30pm AquaFit
5.45pm Gym Circuit

If there other classes you would be interested in please feel free to offer suggestions and likely numbers. Would love to get some new classes up and running.
