Hi everyone

Alongside karate, we both also work in breathwork and nervous system regulation, and Mara has been offering sessions locally and online blending breath, sound healing and gentle movement.

We're excited to announce her women’s karate-inspired breath and movement sessions starting this Wednesday 9am at Botanic Parklands. Just $15 per session

Perfect for Mums or Women wanting a gentle but empowering style of what we do, plus the added bonus of lymphatic drainage and fascia release through movement and nervous system regulation.

We’ve now fine tuned the design and are about to place our very first official dojo shirt order!
These shirts are perfect for:

Available in Junior & Senior sizes
$35 per shirt for Legacy Members (normally price will be $40)
