Here is a little sneak peak at some of our prize packs you could be winning if you are the lucky winner of our multidraw raffle. Get your tickets from the club today. Ensure that all the details are filled in on the ticket and the stub is kept to be able to receive your prize if you are the lucky winner. As we do not offer change please ensure the correct money is alongside the sold tickets when returning the tickets and money to the gym.

We are blown away with all the amazing prizes we can offer you and are very thankful for the community coming together and helping us raise money to go towards funding our new beam and beam cover and future land and building for the gym. Lots of hands make lighter work.

Kindergym this week Coach Amanda went through the letters C and D. The pictures show her class trying a cobra pose (C is for Cobra), Doors opening and closing arms and the kids playing Dice Jump. There were also many enthusiastic cats, dinosaurs and dogs as they moved like those animals around the club. Thanks Coach Amanda for making time in the class to build relationship through fun, exercise and learning with the one of the younger gymnast groups.

Thank you to all these companies who have donated for the upcoming Christmas in July Raffle and Fathers day Bonanza Raffles. Leslea will be picking up the remainder of our prizes at the end of this week and we will start selling the tickets not tomorrow but the following Monday. It is so lovely to see the community come together and help the club. We really appreciate it!

Monday Boys Gym Fun with Coaches Amanda and Wilson

Yesterday in Boys Gymfun, Coaches Amanda and Wilson took the boys through various exercises to build their core strength, agility and spatial awareness. They focus on tumbling and swinging as seen in the photos which builds on the foundational strengths and body awareness that many gymnasts need to complete more complex routines. Choosing to put your son or daughter into gymnastics helps with mental discipline, resilience, focus and safe falling which are all crucial lifelong skills to help in many areas of sports and academics.

There are still available spaces in Gymfun. The times for these classes are listed below:

Boys Gymfun
5-10years old
4-5pm Mondays

Gymfun
Prep - 8 years
4-5pm Thursday

Gymfun
Prep to 12 years
3:45-4:45pm Friday

🩵Coaching Development🩵

Yesterday, 30/05/2026 our Coaches, Junior Coaches and WAG/MAG Gymnasts — Noel, Amanda, Audrey, Chloe, Dusty, Wilson, Isla, Seraya, Addison, Emma and Grayson attended a Coaching Development Clinic in Taroom.

The Clinic was presented by Trevor Dowdell and Laureen Tkacik, who shared a range of valuable coaching principles; including new drills, creating and utilising circuits, key coaching points, and effective spotting techniques.

Our coaches are excited to implement these new ideas and knowledge into their classes, helping to further develop our gymnasts and coaching program.

A huge thank you to Sheree, Sarah & Helen from Wandoan Gymnastics Club for hosting the Clinic at their Club in Taroom, and providing such wonderful hospitality.

Thank you again to Trevor and Laureen for sharing your expertise, experience and passion. Our club greatly appreciates the time and effort you both invested in our coaches and gymnasts.

It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all! 🤸🏼‍♀️
