🏆 NEW COURSE RECORD ALERT! 🏆

An oversight during our recent Carnival has brought an awesome achievement to our attention!

We’ve just realised that the Red Course (Par 72) Ladies Course Record of 2 over par – 74 was set by visiting member Trudi Petrie. 👏

That record has since been equalled by our current Club Secretary, Rach Burke, during this weekend’s Monthly Medal! ⛳️

So, we now have TWO ladies sharing the Red Course Ladies Record with scores of 74! 🔥

Congratulations Trudi and Rach on an outstanding achievement. 🏆👏

We look forward to presenting you both with some well-deserved momentos to recognise this awesome achievement!

⛳️ 30 Golfers yesterday for the Kitja Services Monthly Mug and Chinchilla Garden Centre Monthly Medal. Played on our freshly renovated greens - 🙏 Thanks Keith and everyone who volunteered their time !!!!

Some amazing scores returned!! Over 30% of Golfers who played yesterday played to or beat their Handicap!!!

🪴 The Chinchilla Garden Centre Monthly Medal was won by Rach Burke with a 2 over Par 74 for Net 62. We will confirm in the upcoming days,but this could be a new course record with the length recently changed on the ladies course!!!

🥈 Mel Andrews was shooting for 3 straight medals but her 67 Nett saw her runner up.

🦅 In another amazing scene,both these ladies Eagled the Par 5 15th hole to share Uncle Pete’s Money Pin 💰

🍺 For the Men The Kitja Servcies Monthly Mug was won by James Beeton with a Nett 64

🙏 Thanks to the 13 Golfers who travelled to Dalby for their Open Carnival today! Foggy conditions greeted the early morning wave and some good scores were reported. Special mention to Rach Burke who smashed the boys and had the low Nett for our Club with 71!

At home 18 members and guests played a Single Stableford for Club Trophies- Winner with a great 42 points was Joshy Scherwin who broke 80 for the first time with 77 of the stick!
