150kg PB and 17 years old!
So proud of this kick arse young lady for absolutely smashing a 150kg personal best! 👏
Strength training isn’t just for athletes or adults—it’s one of the best things young women can do for their physical and mental health.
Building strength helps improve confidence, bone density, athletic performance, posture, resilience, and overall health. It teaches discipline, develops a positive relationship with exercise, and shows young girls just how capable they really are.
For too long, many girls have been told to focus on being smaller. I’d love to see more young women discover the empowerment that comes from being strong, capable, and confident.
This 150kg lift is about much more than the number on the bar—it’s a reflection of consistency, hard work, and believing in yourself. 💜
