Strength training isn’t just for athletes or adults—it’s one of the best things young women can do for their physical and mental health.

Building strength helps improve confidence, bone density, athletic performance, posture, resilience, and overall health. It teaches discipline, develops a positive relationship with exercise, and shows young girls just how capable they really are.

For too long, many girls have been told to focus on being smaller. I’d love to see more young women discover the empowerment that comes from being strong, capable, and confident.

This 150kg lift is about much more than the number on the bar—it’s a reflection of consistency, hard work, and believing in yourself. 💜

Two years ago I opened the doors to Morph Fitness, and what a special two years it has been.

What started as a dream has grown into so much more because of the incredible people who have walked through these doors. To every client who has trusted me to be part of your journey — thank you. Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, sharing your wins, and allowing me to support you through the challenges along the way.

Built on plenty of laughs, a few tears, a lot of hard work, and countless solid workouts, this space has become so much more than a studio. Watching your strength, confidence, and progress grow has been the most rewarding part of these past two years.

Morph Fitness is what it is because of this amazing community, and I’m so grateful to have shared this journey with you all. Happy 2nd birthday to Morph Fitness — and thank you for making it what it is 💜

I’ve been seeing a few posts lately… looks like we’re creeping back into the “skinny = healthy” era again 🙃
And somehow, a six-pack is being pushed as the gold standard of fitness.

Let’s be real — a six-pack is mostly just a result of low body fat, not strength, not performance, and definitely not always health.

In a lot of cases, getting lean enough to have visible abs requires pretty strict dieting, and for many people, that’s not a place the body thrives in long-term.

Speaking from experience — I’ve been there.
In my comp prep days I got down to 52kg to have visible abs… and in the process I lost my menstrual cycle, my strength, my mental clarity, and honestly, my overall health.

And here’s the kicker — I wouldn’t have been able to leg press even a quarter of this weight back then.

That look came at a cost.

These days? I’ll take strong, well-fuelled, clear-headed, and actually healthy any day of the week.

So ladies — if a trainer is pushing that look as the goal… walk the other way. 🚩

Give me a strong, capable, healthy woman over a six-pack any day! Creeping back to some PB’s!!

A Huge hell yeah and Congrats to G who just recently smashed my 6 week reboot!!

This is an incredible result and a great reminder that there are no shortcuts needed—just consistency, smart habits, and putting in the work. No fad diets, no weight-loss shakes… just good old calorie counting and moving the body. 💪

📉 Weight Loss
• Start: 82.6 kg
• Now: 75.6 kg
• Total loss: 7.0 kg

📏 Measurements Lost
• Chest: 111 cm → 105 cm (6 cm lost)
• Waist: 105 cm → 96 cm (9 cm lost)
• Hips: 115 cm → 95 cm (20 cm lost)

🔢 Total Centimetres Lost
• 6 + 9 + 20 = 35 cm lost overall

🔥 Final Results
• 7 kg down
• 35 cm gone

That’s a massive achievement. Results like this come from showing up, tracking calories, and consistently moving the body. Proof that the basics work when you stick to them.

This year was filled with transformations, strength, sweat… and plenty of laughs 💜
