Greenway Giants are holding 'Spring Training' this winter for our older cohort of players.

The program is geared towards those who'd be playing Majors, IL, JL, SL or Bigs for season 2026/27 (players born between 1/9/2007 and 31/8/2017).

Dust off your gear and brush up on your skills in preparation for Grading night.

📆 Friday Nights (24 & 31 July, 7 & 14 August 2026)
⏰ 6-7:30pm (Majors and IL)
⏰ 7-8:30pm (JL, SL, Bigs)

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Greenway Giants Baseball and Softball Club was held on June 1st. Thank you to everyone who attended.

There have been some significant changes within the committee. Having completed his three-year term as President, Matt Kelman steps away from the role and has been succeeded by former club secretary, Matt Puleo. Also stepping down after a long tenure juggling multiple roles is Amy Kelman. The contribution by the Kelman family to the Greenway Giants club and extended community is immeasurable and we are extremely grateful to both of them for the time, effort and commitment they have dedicated to our Club over the years.

We also say thank you to Matt McPherson (Vice President), Eric Johnston (Treasurer) and Erin Delamont (Registrar) who, after a number of years, are stepping down from their previous roles.

We are delighted to be welcoming two new members to the committee, Mark Simonson has taken on the role of Treasurer and Keiran Gibson is our new club Secretary.

Tomorrow morning Giants players Calum, Daniel, Edin, Freddie, Jayden, Nick & Riley and coaches Paul, Ryan, Rossi, Kobi & Ryan begin their Australian Little League Championship campaign as part of the Ryde Red LL team.

We hope everyone enjoys the experience and wish them all the best for a successful tournament.

Unfortunately we've had to make the decision to cancel our Stage 1 (T-Ball) Winter Development program for 2026.

The Stage 2 program (Coach Pitch + Minors) is still going ahead and details will be sent to those families who have already expressed interest. For more information about the Stage 2 program please email [email protected]
