Oakhill Physical Culture has opened in 2012 in the Castle Hill/Cherrybrook area to provide a dance school that supports fun, fitness and friendship for girls and ladies. Physical Culture is a unique Australian sport where girls and ladies learn routines that incorporate aerobics, gymnastics, ballet, yoga, modern dance and hip-hop. It is a carefully structured syllabus, which includes standing and

floor exercises, aerobic type warm-ups, ballet and dance. These are all choreographed to develop strength, grace, confidence, coordination and flexibility.
