I've been very fond of fitness for a long time; the gym has been a form of therapy for me for years. After moving to Australia, I fell in love with pilates and haven’t looked back since. I love learning about my own body and using movement as a form of medicine rather than punishment. After experiencing many injuries from exercise and from life itself, pilates has been the one to save the day. I truly believe pain-free movement shouldn’t be a luxury. Anyone who has been in my class already knows my favourite exercise for sure — the one and only lunge/lunge to scooter combination!
