A groundbreaking study has shed light on the remarkable power of dietary changes in alleviating the relentless abdominal discomfort and erratic bowel habits that plague millions of IBS sufferers worldwide.

In the Swedish study, participants who adhered to the FODMAP diet experienced a remarkable 76% reduction in IBS symptoms after just four weeks. But the surprises didn't end there. The researchers also explored the potential of a simpler, low-carbohydrate diet and found that it delivered an impressive 71% symptom reduction, nearly matching the efficacy of the more complex FODMAP approach.

The group receiving optimized medical treatment reported a comparatively modest 58% reduction in symptoms, falling short of the impressive results achieved through dietary modifications.

Participants in both dietary groups reported significant improvements in anxiety, depression and overall quality of life.

Out for a bike ride, first one in a long time.. a kid and a dog run in front of me.. of course, I aimed for the kid and hit the brakes.., luckily missed the dog too!
Conclusion, after dozens of ppl not responding to the bell, or moving to their left when they see or hear you, add to that, America could vote in Trump, & many Australians like Dutton, I’ve come to the sad realisation that the majority of people are ignorant idiots! 😊
