Feb 2021 ➡️➡️➡️Late 2014

Today marks my last shift with Jetts 😱 as I embark of a new chapter and venture off to Body Fit Training. I’m getting a bit reminiscent here looking back at the last 7 years with Jetts. I have met some amazing people along the way. Some I have made life long friends with and some that I know I can stop in the street for a chat 🤗 I have had my ups and downs with Jetts but I’m so appreciative at the same time❤️

Ill still be training myself at Jetts so I won’t be a stranger. Here’s to new beginnings and lasting friendships! 🙂

First time testing for 1 RMs

Trap bar - 130kg x 1
Bench - 55kg x 1
Front Squat - 70kg x 1

Happy with my results. For some reason I always have set backs weather it be an injury or just not feeling it so this is a great day today 😃

Lockdown #2 has hit people hard but look on the bright side. Weather has been great to watch movies and we have been in lockdown before so you know what to do to keep active!!! Let’s hope it’s only 3 days.
