I have a little mini pre Christmas and mid Jan timetable! It will be lots of fun and super effective to ward off all that Christmas food and booze!
Please see timetable below.... $10 a session for metafit, (brand new release come out TODAY), $15 for power bar (must book mega limited numbers due to equipment) and $15 Circuit.
Message me for address as it could change depending on numbers and the weather!
