Bentleigh Greens is Recruiting a Technical Director (Community Football)
Bentleigh Greens Soccer Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Director to lead and develop our Community Football Program.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of Victoria's leading football clubs as we continue to grow participation opportunities across all age groups. With the addition of Pitch 5, the club is planning significant expansion in 2027, creating more opportunities for players and families to join the Bentleigh Greens community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Leading and overseeing the Community Football Program
• Managing the administration and day-to-day operation of the program, ensuring a high-quality experience for players, families and coaches
• Driving participation growth and helping prepare the program for significant expansion in 2027
• Supporting and developing coaches through mentoring, education and best practice implementation
• Promoting player development across all age groups and abilities
• Working closely with players, families, coaches and club leadership
Essential Requirements
• Football Australia B Licence (minimum) or A (optimal)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A passion for coach development, player development and community football
