Dance classes are now run by Rock Society with Jamie and Michelle teaching on Monday nights at Clayton RSL and Thursday nights at the Whitehorse Club. Search for Rock Society dance school on facebook, or email [email protected]

Social dances are still held every Sunday night at Pockets, Chesterville Rd Moorabbin and on the 2nd Friday of the month at the Whitehorse Club in Burwood East and most Saturday nights at Maribyrnong Bowls Club. Details and bookings contact [email protected]

Volunteer dancers wanted for a rock n roll dance demo at Burwood terrace nursing home, 699 highbury rd Burwood in Thursday 25th August at 2pm. Dance on timber floor for 45 - 60 minutes then join residents for afternoon tea and a chat. You get a good feeling when you see their faces light up and toes start tapping. You might even get 1 or 2 up for a slow dance.

Please let me know ASAP ( this weekend ) if you’re available as I need to let them know if anyone can make it.
