本日、日本で40店舗のジムを経営されている
Dr.トレーニングCEOの山口元紀さんと
シドニーでお話しさせていただく機会をいただきました！
直接お会いしてお話を伺う中で、
組織づくり、経営、ブランディング、「人」との向き合い方など、
本当に多くの学びがありました！
特に印象的だったのは、規模が大きくなっても軸はブレないこと、
そして挑戦を止めない姿勢！
自分はまだまだ発展途上ですが、
将来のビジョンについても少しお話しさせていただき、
とても刺激を受ける時間になりました！
