CELEBRATING A GORDON GREAT 🦌❤️👏🏼

We’re incredibly proud to congratulate our very own Jessica Henry on being awarded a Cricket NSW Life Membership 👏🏼

Anyone who has been around Gordon knows just how much Jess has given to our club and the lasting impact she’s had on women’s cricket. From an incredible playing career of 548 games and counting, to 25 years as Gordon President, and countless years spent supporting, growing and advocating for the women’s game, her impact is hard to put into words.

Jess now holds the incredibly special distinction of being the only person to hold Life Membership with both the Sydney Cricket Association and Cricket NSW — a pretty remarkable reflection of just how much she has given to the game.

40 years of commitment, countless memories and a legacy that will last for generations.

A seriously special achievement for a seriously special deer. Congrats Jess, so well deserved! 🦌❤️

A huge thank you to Inspire High Performance Academy (IHPA)! 🏏

We are incredibly grateful to Inspire High Performance Academy (IHPA) for sponsoring Isabel Selems for the upcoming cricket season.

2026/27 Committee Announcement 🏏

Following our recent Annual General Meeting, we are excited to announce the Gordon Women’s District Cricket Club Committee for the 2026/27 season.

Congratulations to our newly elected committee members, and thank you to everyone who continues to support and contribute to our club. Your passion, commitment and dedication are what make Gordon such a special place.

As a First Grade Premiership-winning club and Club Championship winners, we are incredibly proud of what our players, coaches, volunteers and committee have achieved together. These achievements reflect the dedication, teamwork and commitment that define Gordon Women’s Cricket.

With a new committee leading the way, we look forward to building on this success, continuing to develop players of all ages and abilities, and striving for even greater achievements both on and off the field throughout the 2026/27 season.

The Netherlands have officially qualified for the 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup — and we’re incredibly proud to see our Gordon connections, Sterre, Myrthe and Rosalie, all named in the Dutch squad 👏🇳🇱

An amazing achievement for the Netherlands in their maiden Women’s T20 World Cup appearance, with the tournament kicking off next month in England & Wales.

Congratulations to Sterre K, Myrthe and Rosalie L on this fantastic milestone — a proud moment for Gordon Women’s Cricket 💙❤️
