This is actually one of the topics I get asked about a lot when it comes to supplements and pre-workouts 👀

Me personally, I love them.
But depending on when I’m training, how I’m feeling, and the kind of day I’ve had will usually determine what I take.

Some days I’ll go for a pump formula — something without the heavy stimulants that helps with blood flow, pumps and performance.

Other days, especially when I need energy and focus, I’ll go with a higher stim pre-workout to really lock in for the session ⚡💥

Soooooo let’s get started.
This might ruffle a few feathers… but if the shoe fits 🤷‍♂️

Too many people want results without discipline.
Want growth without consistency.
Want change without actually changing anything.

Read that again.

Just because you’ve decided:
“this comeback is personal”
“locked the TF in”
“beginning of the new me”

…doesn’t mean anything if you’ve said it 6 times in the first 5 months of the year.

Motivation is easy.
Posting about it is easy.
Actually sticking to it when no one’s watching? That’s the hard part.

You can’t expect your life to change because you ate healthy, trained, and focused on yourself for 2–3 weeks… then disappeared again.

That’s why you’re not seeing results.
That’s why you keep feeling stuck.
That’s why you keep falling back into the same habits that force you to restart over and over again.

Consistency will always beat motivation.

No one is coming to save you.

Nothing is going to change unless you decide you want to change.
Otherwise, you’ll just keep going around and around in the same cycle.

Sometimes we fall off the wagon and lose track of what actually works for us and go down a path we’re not proud of.
For someone like myself, it’s routine. It’s structure.
Without those things, my personal life, my training, nutrition, and pretty much everything else starts to fall apart.

Over the last 4–6 weeks, I’ve really tried to focus on getting back to what works for me — back into a routine, back into the gym lifting weights, sauna, ice baths, focusing on recovery, prioritising sleep, and making gradual improvements with my nutrition.

And honestly, I can feel my mindset and headspace becoming stronger and better again.

This was something I wanted to do.
Something I needed to do.
And I did it.

💭 FLEXIBLE DIETING FOR THE EVERYDAY PERSON 💭

Nutrition shouldn’t feel like punishment.

You shouldn’t have to:
❌ Avoid every food you enjoy
❌ Eat plain chicken & broccoli every meal
❌ Cut out carbs
❌ Never go out for dinner
❌ Feel guilty for having a burger or dessert

The average person needs a plan they can ACTUALLY stick to 👏

Flexible dieting is about:
✅ Understanding calories
✅ Prioritising protein
✅ Balancing your meals
✅ Including foods you enjoy
✅ Creating consistency over perfection

Because results come from what you do MOST of the time — not from being “perfect” for 3 days then giving up.
