🏉Conditions of Entry (Field) - Mulga Cup Carnival 2026🏉

❌No portable cooking devices/BBQs//Webers
❌No Alcohol
❌No Glass
❌No Animals
❌No smoking or va**ng inside fenced area of the field

✅Reminder each team is allowed one (1) 6x3 tent

✅Tents can be set up from Thursday afternoon or Friday morning - tents to be erected either side of the grand stands as per map. Tents must be 1m behind exclusion rope.

🏉Draw to be released 2 weeks prior to the carnival - draw will be emailed to Managers for distribution to players and families.

🔈 Attention - Team Managers

🏉22 teams accepted and locked in!!
📧 An email has been sent out confirming your team spots in the 2026 Mulga Cup Carnival
📖 An information booklet was attached for circulation to officials, players and families
📄Team Lists must be completed and returned ASAP no later then the 1st of September.
📍All teams will play 8 games at the carnival
📍Carnival begins 8am Friday and finishes 430pm Sunday
📆 25th September, 26th September and 27th September - Charleville Showgrounds
📷 JD Sporting Photography will be here for all action shots and team photos
📍Please ensure permission to participate forms are submitted and approved

Accommodation - powered camping sites are available at the Charleville Showgrounds (toilets and showers available) first in best dressed NO bookings allowed.

We look forward to seeing everyone in September!

🔊 Just a reminder for the “first round” of invitations if your club has not returned their nomination form and fee prior to COB on Monday the 8th of June we will presume you are not interested and offer the spot to the teams on our waiting list.

📅 8th of June is the cut off for first round of invitations.
