Summer Holiday Program!

Friday January 9th, 9am-11am.

We have:
- Pre-Kindy 2yrs-4yrs.
- Workshops for kids 5yrs-9yrs.
- Introductory Martial arts 8yrs-12yrs.
- Parkour 8yrs-12yrs.

These classes are designed to help improve skills more effectively and faster then in regular classes as there will be more time spent on the particular skill. Working on shapes, tension, patterns, amplitude and refinement of the individual skills.

For ease of finding the correct classes I would recommend filtering Level "beginner gym" or "foundation gym" and the day.

Term 1 2025 Registrations are Open!

We have had a small restructure of the class timetable;
We will be running 2 sessions of 40min classes running from 3:30pm-4:55pm then we will have our 2hr classes with some 1hr classes between 5pm&7pm.

With the 40-minute session we look to achieve a more focused and intensive training session, where the gymnasts are working for closer to the full 40 minutes. There will still be a warm up and 6 rotations, however each rotation will have less activities to complete. The activities will be more purposeful and focused on the development of the skills, flexibility and strength.

Please note that the number of Gymnasts in the 40min class will be less than the 1hr and 2hr classes to ensure each gymnast is still able to have an appropriate amount of time on each station.
