Cessnock RL Old Boys Club charter is:
• To provide a mechanism for maintaining social contact with ex players, officials and volunteers;
• To support the Cessnock Rugby League Football Club by encouraging attendance at games and functions;
• To assist with building a relationship with current players and officials;
• To be an inclusive organisation encouraging broad membership and participation;
•
To utilise surplus funds to support the development of local junior rugby league and its players. It is however noted that the primary focus is not to raise money; and
• Where possible support sponsors of Cessnock Minor Rugby League (CMRL) and Cessock Senior Rugby League
