My name is Cassey
I am a mum of 3 beautiful boys - Ashton, Evander & Angelo.
My health and fitness journey began in 2020. After years of intermittently exercising (going full throttle or nothing at all) I joined Snap fitness Cessnock. We were fresh out of the first covid lockdown. This was purely a way to connect socially with the outside world as I was struggling with intense anxiety and feelings of isolation.
From the first session, it was an immediate love. I left feeling lighter, happier and immediately my sleeping had improved. After my first session I slept soundly for the first time in many months.
From here, the drive for self-improvement was so immense that before I knew it training and moving my body was a daily habit. I was always eager to know more.
After many years of putting it off this year I took a leap and enrolled at Fit college in Newcastle. By May I had successfully completed my Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness.
I am now specialising in Female Fitness and wellness Training, covering topics such as training throughout pregnancy, post-partum, the menstrual cycle and how this effects our training, menopause, and the overall women’s health including mental and physical health.�Women’s health is something that I’ve always been so passionate about and since finishing my cert IV that drive to be coaching and assisting women throughout their fitness journey has only become stronger.
It’s such a wonderful feeling to witness a physical but also a mental transformation within yourself. I am excited to have the opportunity to be able mentor and support others just like me. A healthier and stronger version of you is waiting to emerge. I am to be both a physical and emotional mentor - Heal Pending Performance may change your life the way I changed mine.
