This baby snap was thinking it was a bream, hanging out up the river. I'm looking forward to trying to get some bigger models as spring warms up.

It certainly is hard to beat sight fishing for trout in shallow water. This fish didn't hesitate to eat an unweighted woolly bu**er.
With the weather slowly warming up, the fishing will continue to improve over the next few months!

Early morning out at Four Springs with Alex Fulton was a success! Getting a few fish on wet flies was fun, and not something that I have done very much of in the past. Even though there was plenty of time in between fish, it was great to be back out on the water and trout fishing again. Here's to a good season!
