12 months ago today, I closed the doors to my beautiful Maida Vale community after 16 wonderful years and made the move to my boutique studio in Caversham.

While I still miss my little Maida Vale family more than words can say, this past year has shown me that change can bring incredible opportunities. Transitioning to one-on-one boutique personal training has made me happier than I’ve been in a very long time. ❤️

I’ve loved being able to provide a more personalised experience for my clients, build deeper connections, and create a space that truly reflects who I am and how I love to coach. (And let’s be honest, having Dudley Doo around the studio has been a pretty big bonus too! 🐾)

To every client, friend, and supporter who has been part of this journey over the years—thank you. Whether you’ve been with me for months or decades, you’ve helped shape Abson Fitness into what it is today.

I am incredibly grateful for your trust, support, and friendship. I truly owe you all something very special. ❤️
