❤️🤍 CELEBRATING OUR MAY MILESTONES 🤍❤️

One of the greatest achievements in community sport is pulling on the club colours week after week, year after year. This month, we’re proud to recognise a number of Bloods who have reached significant playing milestones!

❤️🤍100 Games for Aiden Luhrs 🤍❤️

Earlier this month, Aiden Luhrs proudly played his 100th football game for the Cavendish Football Netball Club, an incredible milestone and a testament to his dedication, leadership and commitment to the Bloods.

Aiden has become a highly respected leader both on and off the field, consistently leading by example with his attack on the footy, pace, pressure and team-first attitude. A dual premiership player and premiership captain, Aiden has played a pivotal role in some of the club’s most successful years.

Senior Coach Sam Gibson shared these words on Aiden’s milestone:

“A big congratulations to Aiden Luhrs for playing his 100th game for Cavendish! Aiden has led by example time and time again on game day and has the respect of all his teammates, being voted in as Co-Captain again this year. He impacts the game with his pace and attack on the ball. Added to this, his tackle pressure and knowledge make him a real asset for our team. He’s a dual premiership player and premiership captain and played pivotal roles in Cavendish achieving this success. Well done Aiden Luhrs.”

Congratulations Aiden on reaching 100 games in the red and white, a fantastic achievement and one the entire club is proud to celebrate! 👏❤️🤍

❤️🤍SUPER WEEKEND OF SPORT IN THE DISH!🤍❤️

The Bloods are back in action this Saturday and Sunday with a massive weekend of football and netball ahead! 🔥

Come down to the Cavendish Recreation Reserve to cheer on all our footballers and netballers across the weekend.
There’s nothing better than a big weekend of sport, community and club spirit in The Dish! 🙌

And don’t forget, after Saturday’s matches, stick around for dinner and our ‘Minute To Win It’ Social Night! Expect plenty of laughs, games, friendly competition and a great night in the clubrooms. Everyone is welcome!
