Great way to wake up on a Sunday morning. One of my 8 week challengers starting to smash things out of the park. This is almost 1kilo of FAT LOSS, NOT WEIGHT LOSS, there is a difference...the way I set my clients training and nutrition up means they maintain lean muscle mass whilst only dropping body FAT. Then once the fat loss phase is done with, we can work on a lean gain just to put the 100's and 1000's on and really make them look amazeballs. Really loving working with James and the others on this challenge and there is a stack of great transformations happening. It's why I do what I do!!
