Square One Fitness Personal Training & Online Coaching I started Square One Fitness back in 2010 as a mobile outdoor PT business. Jai Bazevski, Founder - SQ1 Fitness

Coming from a background in Corporate I.T, the transition to owning my own business, and making money following my passion of helping people with fitness and health has been a dream come true. Originally, I would drive from park to park, and home to home, meeting my clients for 1 on 1 personal training and weight loss coaching. In 2011, I started hiring personal trainers to help me with the demand

as my business grew each year, and in 2014, I took the leap from outdoor mobile trainer, to operating from an indoor facility, by securing a lease on a warehouse in Silverwater which I converted into my very own private personal training and group fitness studio. Since then, my team and I have set up a group class timetable with 14 weekly group classes, both mornings and evenings, including bootcamp, cardio, boxing, and strength classes, as well as Personal Training. We service hundreds of people in our community and have a strong focus on personal development and self education, to not only take our own health and fitness to the highest levels, but also to help our members achieve their desired fitness and health levels also. Our mission is to build a positive community, and teach exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle principles so we can all live healthy, long, happy lives! We're continuing on to grow our business, and impact more lives in our community. And we'd love for you to be a part of the journey with us. Sounds ridiculous but it was actually a slow and steady drop over 10 months. (And he's still going)!

I know many people speak badly about their hormones but the older I get the more I appreciate them and hope to hold on to them for as long as I can.

As they decline our world can go a little haywire. It’s like reverse puberty.

You find yourself not knowing who you are, your body and all it’s random symptoms.

The more we know, the more we can advocate for ourselves.

AND if you’re still in your 30’s, lap up those juicy hormones, treat your body well and give yourself an even better position leading into your 40s.

Our hormones are truly amazing and wonderful, just packaged a little complex to throw us some curveballs.
