A day in the canola.
Another beautiful sunny day greeted 24 riders at Baringhup.
It was lovely to see the return of Terry O’Brien who kicked things off on limit with Ken Lacey.
Some early cracks saw the second limit much splinter, with some strong work being done by Josh Malone and Tari Baihaki.
A number of the rear bunches joined up to try and reel in the front markers.
Bailey Forbes headed into the last 500m stretch with a minute 2 bike length gap over the sprinting bunch.
Just managing to hold on for the win over a fast finishing Rob Griffiths in 2nd. Tony Coombes 3rd. Ian Stringer 4th. Levi Brain 5th and Mark Snell with fastest time.

Double 🥇🥇 for Jackson.
Local pocket rocket Chloe Jackson took out dual titles at today’s Victorian TT and Road Race Championships at Phillip Island.
Chloe kicked the day off with an impressive win in the 9km Time Trial. Clocking a time of 18:24, 1:37 ahead of Isabel Muscat in 2nd and Fleur Riley in 3rd.
The Road Race saw Chloe put on another strong showing crossing for line honours solo after 18km, 2:42 ahead of Indiana Weir for 2nd and Fleur Riley in 3rd.
Chloe’s mum Emma also joined in the podium efforts with a Bronze in the Women’s Masters 2 Road Race.

2. Select don’t stop peddling and submit your EOI.
3. Indicate which race rounds you’re available for.

We are looking for a commitment to every round—simply nominate the events you’re available to race.

Submitting an EOI helps us plan teams, logistics, and support throughout the series.

Another fantastic day of racing at Baringhup today 25/07.
It was a great turn out for President Daniel Jackson’s birthday race, though unfortunately the Pres didn’t get up for the win.
27 riders took to the figure 8 Map 1 35km course.
The limit and second limit bunches come together to work hard all day. Eventually staying away for the win.
Though hot on their heals was the remnants of the 14 and 6 minute bunches. With a very strong performance from newcomer Mingma Sherpa.
