Not often you get real on socials but this is as real as I can get. I’ve been punishing myself for 7 months, too scared to feel anything, afraid if I did I would fall so deep I wouldn’t be able to get up. Loosing the studio was a profound loss for me, not ever realising how much I let my identity be entwined with the studio. It’s a hard thing to now separate but it’s time to work out who I am without AerialFit.

I’ve not felt ready to say goodbye until now and it’s a full moon on Saturday and the perfect time to let go of what isn’t serving you anymore. It’s time for me to let go and be okay to move on. ♥️ Signing off one last time.
