Professional Full- time Martial Arts Centre.

Pollet’s Martial Arts Centre offers a number of programs and instruction in Traditional Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Muay Thai, Kempo Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Self Defense, MMA, Cage Fighting and Physical Fitness. All of our 7 full-time locations are open 6 days a week and we have different programs available from 2 year olds, School Children, Government Departments, Adults and Families.

Weapons Grading

🥋 WHAT A DAY! 🥋
Yesterday, our Pollets family stepped onto the mat for our In-House Karate Competition, and wow, did everyone deliver! 👏
From our littlest competitors right through to our adults, every single person who put their hand up showed up with heart, courage, and that classic Martial Arts spirit. 💪

Competing isn't easy. It takes guts to test yourself in front of the room, to push past the nerves and give it everything you've got. And yesterday, every one of you did exactly that. 🙌

To everyone who competed you should be so proud!! We certainly are. This is what it's all about: showing up, having a go, and being better than you were yesterday. That's the heart of this school. ❤️

A huge thank you to the families, friends and teammates who came along to cheer everyone on. The energy in the room was something special, and it's a reminder that Pollets isn't just a martial arts school, it's a family. 🥰

🔥 WHAT A WEEKEND!!! 🔥
Friday night we had our first Muay Thai grading for 2026. All students did really well in the grading as they were put through their test by Hanshi.

Saturday we had 2 weapons seminars. The first was for our high-grade weapons students, where they were taught Sai basics and Kata and then we had the seminar for all grades where Hanshi went through some ways to fight with the Pole as well as some Korean Baton techniques.

Congratulations to everyone who graded in Muay Thai as well as expanded their knowledge of kobudo.

Our Muay Thai students have their first grading for 2026 today.
Grading starts @ 6:30pm.
Please bring all of your equipment and be in full uniform.
