This week, our Little Tigers and Karate students step onto the mat to show everything they've been working towards. Every grading is a chance to prove to yourself how far you've come! Not just to earn a new belt.

Little tigers learning Armbars!!

Last night in our little tigers class we taught them how to do an Armbar from Full mount.
These kids always amaze me with how well they pick things up. It really shows how talented our kids are when we challenge them.

Our Little Tigers and Karate students are stepping up on the mats on September 17th to show how far they've come and there's still time to sharpen up before grading day.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: get to class, put in the reps, and show up ready to earn it. Your instructors believe in you. Now go prove it to yourself. 💪

🥋 NSKA All Valley Results 🥋

Yesterday our Pollets Martial Arts competition team headed to Maitland for the NSKA All Valley Tournament, and they did the whole Dojo proud. For a few of our students, this was their very first competition. For others, it was another step on a journey they've been building for years. Either way, every single one of them stepped onto that mat and gave it everything.

Nobody sees the rounds. Just the results.

What you're watching here is a lot of quiet work. Combo after combo, round after round, the kind of effort that doesn't always make the highlight reel but is exactly what builds a fighter. That's the part we love most about training: it's not about talent, it's about showing up and doing the rounds nobody sees.
