Put on your favourite costume and join us for a week of imagination, adventure and play at Sydney Hills Gymnastics!

🦸👸🦖 Whether they're a superhero, princess, dinosaur or something in between, little ones can dress up, explore our gym, tackle obstacle courses, bounce on trampolines and make new friends while parents and caregivers join in the fun too! 💛

💚💛 HE'S GOING TO THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES! 💛💚

A dream 13 years in the making.

Today, we are incredibly proud to announce that Ritam Malik has been selected to represent Australia at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.

Since age 6, we've watched Ritam grow up in our gym. From a young boy with big dreams to an elite athlete wearing the green and gold, his journey has been built on dedication, resilience and countless hours of hard work.

Adding to this exciting achievement, Coach Vassili Trofimov will also join the Australian Men's Artistic Gymnastics Team at the national training camp in Glasgow, helping the athletes prepare for the Commonwealth Games.

Ritam shared:

"I am very excited to be heading to Glasgow soon. I really appreciate the opportunity and can't wait to get out there and give it my all."

Congratulations, Ritam! Thank you for inspiring the next generation of gymnasts and showing what can be achieved through years of dedication.

One of the biggest challenges in gymnastics is learning to trust yourself enough to stay up there.✨

Our rec gymnasts have been working towards their beam progress review, practising balance, focus and control while growing in confidence every single week.

The best part is watching them realise they really can do it.

💛✨ The season has begun for our littlest gymnasts!

On the weekend, our Level 1–4 WAG girls stepped onto the competition floor at the Oakley Gymnastics Invitational. For many, it was their very first competition! We loved seeing their big smiles, excited teammates, supportive coaches and beautiful routines throughout the day.

These little girls are learning so much more than gymnastics. They’re learning confidence, resilience and how to believe in themselves. 💫

A beautiful start to the season, congratulations girls and coaches!
