💧 3 Tips to increase your water intake 💧

This is something that I get asked about quite often and is something that should be a priority ❗️

The human body is approximately 60% water so hydration is very important if you’re a regular exerciser or not.

Water helps us regulate our body temperature, lubricates and cushions joints, assists skin health, flushes toxins and so many other benefits!

Everyone will vary with daily requirements of water, I usually recommend between 2-3L per day.

So if you struggle with your water intake try these tips! 👍🏻

The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do 💪🏻

Today was one of those days I really didn’t want to train but you know what? I did it anyway. It may not have been my best session or hit any crazy PB’s but I got my body moving and I am always grateful 🙏🏻

Exercise shouldn’t been seen as a chore but a blessing that we are able to move our bodies in ways that not everyone can.
