When arriving at our studio, look out for the CleanShred sign on our driveway. The front of our gym is also as shown below. If our doors are closed it does not mean we are closed!! We close the doors in winter as it gets colder ❄️

Take a walk through our Clean Shred gym and CS Reformed Pilates studio!

We have all the athlete training and weightlifting in the main area of the gym and a sprint ears outside the gym. We also have a sauna and shower facilities- with hair straighteners and hair dryers!

Up the stairs, above the gym is our Reformer studio. Escape the noise and join our Pilates studio community! We offer a wide variety of times throughout the week on our timetable!
