Casino's only fully functional fitness centre incorporating group fitness classes and personal training in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Specialising in kettlebells, mobility & movement, body weight exercises, Olympic lifting, strongman training, suspension training, sports specific training, weight loss, muscle gain and personal development.

On Saturday night, Training For Warriors Casino students all celebrated our Christmas party and our awards night.
We had a few student (member) of the month awards and our 9 TFW Core Value awards.
Each award winner received an individually engraved Yeti or Fridgy drink bottle as a trophy.

The night was a great success, that included lawn bowls, food, plenty of laughs and a couple of beers.
We’ve been going for 10 years now, and this crew is an amazing bunch of people and we’re honoured to have them. Training For Warriors Casino, Coach Rod and Coach Trent all value the support of the students.
Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

Great night last celebrating our TFW Student Of The Month Awards at the golf club.
Always enjoy spending time with these amazing people and I couldn’t do what I love without their support.
I also think that the new trophies were a hit.
And a big Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there.

Great class Monday night to kick off our new strength cycle. These lovely ladies were joined by Aden who was back from a break. Good to see him back and to see all the girls kicking butt in class.

Last week, we tested our 1 rep maxes for some of our main lifts, that include, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Chin-Up, Deadlift, Front Squat and Back Squat.

Friday, these 5am Warriors all celebrated personal bests in the Back Squat. And they absolutely smashed it.

Here they are ringing the TFW Casino Victory Bell. Very fitting that we have a cowbell and we are the Beef Capital of the world.

Well done Robbo, Shantala, Jodie, Mel and everyone else that trained hard last week.

Yesterday we said goodbye to Joe.

He’s been with us for a few months and has achieved some great results and made some positive changes in his life.

But, unfortunately for us, Joe has landed his dream job and is moving interstate.

We couldn’t be more proud of Joe and we’re more than happy that he’s landed his dream job.
Thanks again Joe, was a pleasure having you at TFW Casino. All the best mate!
