hey everyone, Spring time has finally come
Which means everyone is wanting to get back in shape after winter
GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS will be available- where programs will be catered to your own goals
if your just looking to get back to that nice weather body, get bigger, stronger IT CAN HAPPEN!!
Personal training times available for anyone:
30 mins, 45 mins or 60 min sessions- depending on what you want

training time frames:
Monday 5th September 5pm-7pm
Tuesday 6th September 2pm-5pm
Wednesday 7th September 5pm-7pm
Friday 9th September 5pm-7pm
Saturday 10th September all day

Open do doing early morning sessions depending on time
Fees will be discussed upon enquires
