Dolphin Gymnastics Club is based in Carrum Downs, near Frankston and Seaford, in the south of Melbourne. Dolphin Gymnastics has established itself as one of the top Australian clubs providing high class gymnastics training for athletes at all levels - from Beginners to International. Gymnastics is not a sport simply for the pint-sized or for the child with excellent co-ordination, flexibility or s

trength. Basic gymnastic skills develop attributes that are perfect stepping stones for all other sports and, through proper instruction, increase progress in a number of important developmental areas. Gymnastics is one of the most fundamental and exciting of all physical activities, it is a sport for all ages and abilities. Basic gymnastic skills develop attributes that are perfect stepping stones for all other sports and, through proper instruction, increases progress in a number of important developmental areas.Gymnastics encourages children to express themselves through dance, movement and acrobatics. As a gymnast progresses they achieve a sense of accomplishment and confidence within themselves as they try new skills, and discover just how much they can gain from hard work and creative thinking. Dolphin Gymnastics provides competitive classes in both WAG and MAG levels 1-10. We also provide recreational classes for boys and girls from 3 year old 'Kinder Gym' up until our Adult classes.
