Our initial focus when we started together was to build healthy and sustainable eating habits and a good routine with training, as well as drop some body fat and have her feeling confident again โจ
As we now enter the final week of this fat loss phase, we will be moving into a reverse diet then slight build to create more shape.
๐ช๐ผ We have not cut out ANY food groups, nor been super restrictive or done any excessive cardio to achieve this. This is what consistency and trusting the process looks like โจ excited for whatโs to come ๐ค
