Feb - May with one of my amazing Premium Coaching clients ๐Ÿค

Our initial focus when we started together was to build healthy and sustainable eating habits and a good routine with training, as well as drop some body fat and have her feeling confident again โœจ
As we now enter the final week of this fat loss phase, we will be moving into a reverse diet then slight build to create more shape.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ We have not cut out ANY food groups, nor been super restrictive or done any excessive cardio to achieve this. This is what consistency and trusting the process looks like โœจ excited for whatโ€™s to come ๐Ÿค

6 months of working together to achieve sustainable fat loss with .kirchner ๐Ÿค

We spent the first half building back her love for training and creating a healthy routine and relationship with nutrition, then this year we went through a fat loss phase.

Our 8 week challenge winner ๐ŸŒŸ .jane

โ€œThis challenge was so different to anything Iโ€™ve done before. I have a very long history of yo-yo dieting, and from that had convinced myself I screwed up my metabolism because no matter how hard I tried, I could never crack the 80โ€™s. In this challenge Iโ€™ve finally been able to reach that long term goal of mine and Iโ€™m excited to keep going.
I truly do believe the difference comes down to all the extra info/support Millie has put together to ensure all of us succeed in our journeys, not just for the now but for the long run!

It has made me feel so proud of what Iโ€™ve been able to do, feel confident in myself & my body, not only physically, but by actually learning about nutrition & how to achieve my goals, fuelling my body and finding balance rather then being put on a restrictive meal plan and given no direction or education.

This was exactly what I needed to start showing up for myself first again & holding myself accountable and I am so excited to keep ticking off goals and making this a permanent lifestyle. ๐Ÿ’•โ€
