G'day everyone, we have some new toys. A new squat rack/plate loaded multi station as well as some 2.5m x 13mm chains. The place is looking great now, with some great strength training equipment. Complimenting the equipment is a basketball ring, boxing equipment, drag sleds, cardio bike and elliptical strider, not forgetting my favourite, the reverse hypertension.
