Fact: Pilates was invented by a man, it’s for everyone.

Pilates was originally designed for male boxers and gymnasts in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The “women only” reputation came much later, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. Today, elite athletes, AFL players, swimmers, and everyday guys use Pilates to build core strength, prevent injuries, and move better.
