Our Member and Volunteer Wind up and Presentation Night is not far away its a great way to come together, share ypur stories and celabrate everyones achievements you can get your tickets at the following link

Then on the Sunday is our AGM this is your chance to step forward and shape the future of the club. Its an opportunity to hear what the plan is for next season and provide input to it. All positions are vacant and there are plenty of non committee jobs to fill for the season.

LAST LAPS FOR CLUB LEGENDS

A couple of young fellas retired from racing last night. They almost crossed the line together in a true display of mateship but unfortunately the 125 modified sedan decided to retire too.

Thousands of laps, thousands of laughs. These two life members have seen alot and given alot to Carnarvon Speedway and its fans and we are sure they will continue to do so off track.

So Ian Lester and Kim Jolly congratulations on hanging up your boots and we look forward to seeing you up at the bar spinning yarns into the future.

ITS THE FINAL SHOWDOWN

All good things must come to an end and the same goes for the speedway season. Our last meeting is to be held on the 27th June.

A fun night of racing and a chance for our drivers to give back to their sponsors for some practice laps.

Drivers as always nominations are available at https://www.myracepass.com/tracks/4213/registrations

Sponsor Drivers will need a Speedway Australia Practice License and full race gear. Officials will be on the infield to assist with this.

Its time for the 5 Rounder and Family Fun Night

You can expect some great on track action with Sedan and Sprintcar Racing as well as some tyre frying burnout action. Its FREE Entry for the Kids with a Lolly Throw and extended interval to get up close and personal with your favourite race cars and drivers.

Racing from 5pm

Full Bar and Canteen facilities available and there is EFTPOS available across the venue.

Please remember that Carnarvon Speedway is strictly no BYO and we encourage responsible drinking at the clubrooms.

We are back at it this weekend and you can expect some exciting racing with 5 racing rounds and feature races and all divisons racing!
Kids Enter Free with Full Paying Adult
Lolly Throw
Extended interval with pits open so you can meet your favourite driver and check out what its like to sit in a speedway car.
Racing will start at 5PM

After a solid day's work by the track crew and volunteers we are looking ready for tonight's 29 events to finish out the Northern Aspect Constructions Norwest Champs.

The clouds look more friendly today and the track is looking like a ripper you're definitely a mug if you miss out tonight

IMPORTANT INFORMATION NIGHT 2 NORWEST CHAMPS

Good morning racers and race fans as most of you are aware last night was rained out, track crews and volunteers are already hard at work draining the track and preparing for today's huge program of racing. The good news is the track is definitely able to be saved.

With a huge 29 events scheduled today across heats and features its going to be a huge afternoon and evening of racing.

What does this mean for you.

Racing will start at 4pm

DRIVERS- your briefing will be at 3:15PM

FANS - Gates will open at 2pm as normal to secure your favourite spot.

We acknowledge that last night was cut short and some racing was missed. In an effort to overcome this and acknowledge the support we have had this season from the community we have dropped tonight's gate prices back to standard pricing and not blue ribbon event pricing.

Standard Event Pricing
Adults $15
Seniors $10
Kids 10-16 $10
Kids Under 10 Free when accompanied by a full paying Adult. No unaccompanied minors allowed in the venue.

Our canteen, food vendors will be open again and with a very thorough cleanup the clubrooms and bar will be a hive of activity during and after racing the buffet dinner and presentations are still going ahead.

Information is subject to change based on today's weather and track preparation this post will be updated in the comments should there be any changes.

We appreciate all sponsors, spectators, drivers and volunteers that are putting in work to make this event a success and hope we can see you tonight.

UNFORTUNATELY THE RAIN HAS CURSED US AGAIN.

The opening night of the Northern Aspect Construction North West Championship has come to a halt midway through night one as a heavy downpour has forced the early ending to tonight’s racing. The decision was made to save the track for tomorrow rather than try again tonight.

We will continue action tomorrow from event thirteen and as a result the program will start earlier.

Please stay tuned to our page as more info posted tomorrow once we have a clear path forward.

IT ALL BEGINS TOMORROW

The Northern Aspect Constructions 2026 Norwest Championships will start tomorrow night with racing from 5pm continuing into Sunday where all glory will be earned.

What can you expect?

Autopro Carnarvon Wingless Fruitbowl Classic with 15 Wingless Sprints W.A drivers nominated. Expect fast paced qualifying and close heat racing. Dont forget to head up to the clubrooms Saturday Night for the Drivers Draw, This is open to everyone so head up after racing.

Modifed Perpetual Trophy
Production Perpetual Trophy
Junior Top and New Stars

This year we have the exciting inclusion of Fantasy racing where you can tip your favourite drivers and put your speedway knowledge to the test. Just look for the PURPLE Fantasy banner in My Race Pass

Sunday night will see Dinner and presentations, Dinner is buffet style and is $15 per person, no tickets required. Pay as you line up. This is one of the best feeds you will get so dont miss out. Thanks to the Carnarfin crew for helping us out with some fresh local caught fish.

Spectator Gates will be open at 2pm both days so get in to secure your spot
