Helen and Theo train together at Volume now, and they reckon every couple should. “It brings out the best in each other.”

She came in chasing strength. Found a lot more than that.❤️

And no, “grandparents” doesn’t mean slowing down - these two are out here setting the standard for their kids and grandkids. 🙌🏽

The “how” is killing your comeback!

How am I going to fit this in?

Brent just turned 40. He’s also lost 30kg, got married, had two kids, and built his own business - all while training here for the last 10 years.

When I asked him how he feels at 40 compared to 30, he said: “I went in backwards. I definitely didn’t feel like this when I was 30.”

That’s what 10 years of consistency does.

It’s not magic. It’s not a 12-week program. It’s showing up - even when life gets loud.

Happy birthday, Brent. An absolute pleasure having a champion like you in our community.
