One of the beautiful Australian brands we’re so lucky to stock at The Common Ground 🤎

Created by a registered nurse and mum of two, cle. naturals has thoughtfully created a range of essential-oil based products designed with women, mums and little ones in mind.

Their essential oil blends are something I personally LOVE and use in place of perfume — they smell absolutely incredible.

You’ll find blends for pregnancy + postpartum, along with their beautiful range for little ones, including Teething, Tantrum, Tired + Tummy.

They also create the most incredible scented eye masks for those little moments of relaxation, along with beautiful bath salts for the ultimate wind-down 🌿

cle. naturals also donates a percentage of their profits each year to PANDA, supporting individuals and families affected by perinatal anxiety and depression.

TWO WEEKS OF THE COMMON GROUND 🌿

What an absolute privilege these first two weeks have been.

To welcome each and every one of you through the doors and into this little space I dreamed of, planned for and poured so much of myself into has honestly been such an honour.

I am so incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported The Common Ground — my founding members who believed in this space before the doors even opened, our new members who have joined us since, and everyone who has come along for a casual class or purchased a class pack. Every booking, kind word, recommendation and bit of support means more to me than you probably realise.

More than anything, I hope when you walk through these doors you feel welcome. I hope you feel comfortable exactly as you are, supported in your movement and like you have a space where you truely belong.

I am so proud of the little community we are already creating. Seeing friendships forming, familiar faces returning each week, little ones becoming part of the studio, and everyone simply showing up for themselves has been so special.

The Common Ground was always meant to be about so much more than just exercise. It was about creating a space for movement, connection and community — and two weeks in, I already feel like that is exactly what it is becoming.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting this dream and helping bring The Common Ground to life.

No restrictive diets. No all-or-nothing plans. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Just personalised, practical nutrition support designed around you, your lifestyle and your goals.

Whether you’re wanting to improve your energy, fuel your training, feel stronger, work towards body composition goals, build a healthier relationship with food or simply feel more confident about what you’re eating — we can work through it together.
