Come along, meet our members, have a ride, try out some of the fun activities we get up to at rallies and see what our little club is all about.

Tallarook Family Riding Club hosted their Short Nav Ride today, and what a great day it was!

A huge congratulations to Kelly & Elise for taking out 1st place in Level 5 and 5th place overall! 🏆👏

Well done to Mandy & Heidi for finishing 6th in Level 5 — and to Marion, who teamed up with a rider from Echuca Riding Club to take out 7th place in Level 5! 👏🐎

It’s so great seeing our members getting out there, having a go, supporting each other and representing our little club. ❤️

With only a few members available today, we decided to pivot from our original poles and grids plan and head out for some Navigation Ride training around Dunolly.

We covered approximately 10km, discussing navigation questions and possible answers along the way, while also talking about horse speeds and how to achieve the optimal time. It was a great opportunity to learn from each other, share ideas, and gain a better understanding of the sport.

Best of all, we managed to complete the ride before the rain set in, which was a bonus! Sometimes a change of plans turns into exactly the training day we needed.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made the most of the day. 🐴😊
