For all the women out there who mums to be or are mums this one is for you...
Meet Faith. A mum of now 3 beautiful kids. 2 twins and a beautiful baby. She is independent, she is a full time mum and yet she makes no excuse to not be able to train to keep herself fit and healthy for not just herself but her kids also. Here are the questions I asked faith, and her answers below 🙂
Q1. What made you decide to start training in general? And also what made you decide to seek help from me (Tiarne) and to train with me?
A. Reason I started training is beause I am an active person, I enjoy it, its me time and I'm doing something for myself. Also, when you have kids you should be active for them as they are active. The more they grow up the more active they are and I am a role model for them. I chose you as a trainer because I saw (through instagram) your story, and your journey of what you were to what you becamse and I was inspired by that (not to mention you are hot AF - don't put that in haha) (SORRY FAITH) Also I knew you would push me and support me through MY journey - You are a dedicated, passionate person.
Q2. What is the one thing you enjoy most about training? If not one thing, what else do you enjoy about training with me (Tiarne) ?
A. The one most thing I enjoy about training is that I feel good for the rest of the week and that Ive done someting to better myself. I enjoy training with you because you are not judgemental, you listen and you understand, you push me where I am needed to be pushed and you support me through each and every session.
Q3. What are you 3 goals ? Top 3 if any.
A. 1. To be stronger. 2. More Toned. 3. Lose my goal weight.
Q4. What would be your favourite motto in life and in training?
A. Dont let no one or nothing bring you down, you live your life how YOU want to live it, choose your path and dont let people choose it for you and through training - NEVER GIVE UP !
Q5. If you could offer any advice to any mums to be or mums in regards to training in general or choosing me to train with, what would you say?
A. My advice for mothers to be and mothers is that to keep training or if you haven't trained and want to start, you can. There is no harm and training with Tiarne, she will help you through it.
Q6. Would you recommend me to others and why? What could you tell them about me?
A. Yes I would recommend you to others and I have. Why? Because you are a dedicated passionate trainer and you support each client to the best of your ability and you're a good person. What I would tell them about you is that you are a happy carefree fun person. You do a lot for your clients and even if any client of yours was having a bady day, I can tell you all, Tiarne will help pick you up. I myself put a lot of trust in Tiarne, which makes me feel comfortable around her.
