Maybe instead of asking yourself over and over β€œwhy isn’t the change coming to me?”

You could ask,

β€œWhy am i still resisting what I want?”

Maybe instead of frustration, worry, blame, anger, waiting for more resistance to surface so you can say β€œsee I told you so” to justify your behaviour, it’s time to self soothe from a place of love within yourself and let the walls of resistance melt away.

Often the reason the same challenge is presenting itself is because it’s waiting for you to learn the lesson.

Perfect breakfast to start the day - and also a super nutritious and yummy snack!!!! (Make up little muesli cups so you can simply grab n go!)

🌱500g raw nuts
🌱2 Tbs rice malt syrup
🌱1.5 cups coconut flakes
🌱 Vanilla
🌱2 Tbs coconut oil
🌱Good pinch of cinnamon
Bake at 125c for 25 mins or until golden.

Enjoy with coconut yoghurt and fresh berries πŸ˜‹!
