✨“Closing Out the Year with Heartfelt Gratitude” 💫

As the year comes to a close, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the wonderful clients who have supported my small Pilates practice through what has been an incredibly challenging year (yes, another one). Your trust, kindness, and commitment to your own wellness have meant the world to me, especially following the heartbreaking loss of my children's father this July, just two weeks after his 45th birthday.

Your presence in the studio, your smiles, and your dedication to showing up—for yourself and for me—have been a source of strength during this time.

🙏 Final sessions for the year will be available up until December 21st. I’ll be taking a short break and reopening on January 8th, 2025, refreshed and ready to guide you into a new year of movement, care, and strength. I'll back on the floor at Kensington the week of the 13th of Jan 2025.
